Welcome to ENC Vendors (encvendors.com). By creating a vendor account, claiming a business profile, purchasing a directory plan, or submitting an event or quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Zero-Commission Discovery Marketplace Role
ENC Vendors is an advertising, directory, and lead-introduction platform connecting event organizers with independent third-party vendors across Eastern North Carolina. ENC Vendors is not a party to any event service agreement, catering contract, or rental transaction between organizers and vendors, and takes 0% commission on bookings.
2. Vendor Representations, Permits & Accuracy
Vendors represent that they are authorized to claim or list their business and maintain all applicable North Carolina state, county health department, fire safety, and general liability insurance credentials required for their services.
3. Memberships, Founding Rates & Ownership Claims
Paid directory tiers and ownership claims are billed securely via Stripe in U.S. Dollars. Founding Vendor promotional discounts apply according to the stated coupon terms at checkout. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Authentic Reviews & Acceptable Use
Reviews submitted on ENC Vendors must reflect genuine client or attendee experiences. Automated scraping, spam inquiries, or fraudulent profile claims are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account removal.
5. Limitation of Liability & Contact
To the maximum extent permitted under North Carolina law, ENC Vendors’ total liability for any claim arising out of directory services shall not exceed the total membership or claim fees paid by you to ENC Vendors in the preceding twelve (12) months. Questions may be directed to ENC Vendors Support.
